a Continuous Furnace
system, a technology that stabilizes furnace temperature and
reduces energy consumption. As a result, our products
maintain the highest levels of purity and consistency. We also put emphasis on research and strict quality control to ensure
that our latest technology yields the best products. To advance
our product line, we are now researching and developing Nano
ZnO with small particles to satisfy the customer’s demand.
FRENCH PROCESS
We select high quality zinc ingot with 99.995% purity for the manufacturing processes. Through oxidization, the material yields shiny particles with whiteness, brightness, superior surface area and high chemical reactivity.
CONTINUOUS FURNACE
Our Continuous Furnace is a technology that stabilizes furnace temperature, minimizes dispersion of powder, reduces energy consumption and maximizes heat recovery. Hence our products have high levels of purity and consistency.
PACKING SYSTEM
We use a closed system in our entire manufacturing
processes, from the heating of zinc ingot to final packaging.
To ensure purity levels and prevent contamination,
the zinc
oxide goes through a Dust Collector packed.
